SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. Text and email remainders are sent out 1-2 days before your appointment. I understand that sicknesses and emergencies come up but I can't allow any exceptions. If appointments are missed or cancelled late a 50% of service payment is required and will be added to your final charged.
COURSES AND ONLINE TRAINING
We offer no refunds on courses or online training. Should any situation arise you can contact us down below.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & REFUNDS POLICY
Digital downloads are not to be shared or resold by a third party. That is fraud and anyone doing this will be expected to pay a fine. Downloading a digital book or video is a direct way of you agreeing to this.

Makeup kits cannot be returned due to health and safety measures so once the kit has been ordered it is NON REFUNDABLE! this is also stipulated in the terms & conditions page linked down below.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
